A while ago, I wrote a short story comic. I painted it traditionally and was somewhat satisfied with some of the results. As I kept thinking about it, I decided that I would like to try making it digitally. So, I finally started (with a random page mind you). Here is the side by side comparison of my little comic book. This is an image I submitted to Gnomon workshop for their 2d art challenge- "Ye rustic inn". I wanted to create a warmth at the inn that the outside world didnt have- a safe haven if you will- for adventurer and common folk alike.

Just for fun I decided to put a crazy bground behind her- she is so calm, I had to do something out of the ordinary! 3rd time using photoshop!
